Hardware Quality Assurance

Our expertise in Hardware Quality Assurance is applied extensively in support of the Engineering Directorate of the Aviation and Missile, Development, and Engineering Center (AMRDEC) at Redstone Arsenal, AL and the Armaments Engineering and Technology Center (AETC) at Picatinny Arsenal, NJ. We support the Aviation Program Executive Office's efforts to streamline maintenance practices and logistics support under the Rotary Wing Aircraft Sustainment Program (RWASP) initiative. Our services include quality assurance audits, first article/quality verification, review of technical data packages, assessment of facility layout and manufacturing processes for primary and secondary source vendors, sample lot testing, acceptance testing, in-process quality inspections, system integration check outs, RAM database maintenance, RAM analyses, and studies related to advanced RAM technologies.
