This position requires an equivalent four-year degree from an accredited college in the field of education with preference given to those individuals who possess a post-graduate degree. The individual should have a minimum of 10 years of general training experience of which five years shall have been in the formal classroom environment. Additionally, the individual shall have three years of experience in the
instruction of interactive computer programs.
Areas of Responsibility include:
• Developing and updating training material and user manuals, which support the various automated systems
• Acting as a lead instructor for training courses. The material to be maintained are user manuals, classroom handouts, tests, instructor manuals, and practical exercises to be used on each of the applicants
• Know the requirements of the Corps of Engineers System Approach to Training (COESAT) program and ensure all materials meet those requirements. (Preference will be given to those individuals who have demonstrated experience training in the Army Corps of Engineers programs)
• Develop and/or present briefings, seminars, or workshop material
• Analyze and correct functional data contained within the various databases based on the requirements specified by the Government
• Test and validate system features via QA/QC testing, and analyze and correct functional data contained in the various databases based on the requirements specified by the Government
• Have demonstrated experience in the use of PAX mainframe and PC-based systems that are utilized in the HelpDesk support
• Possess a demonstrated knowledge of the Army's military construction process
• Adding estimated and exact hours for contractor's work hours for all System Change Requests (SCRs) within the HNC Status Reporting System

Associates degree in engineering from an accredited college or university,
mathematics or physical science with at least 4 years experience in systems
quality assurance to include knowledge of quality assurance requirements
and technical data packages. Experience is required in specifications
and developing/reviewing quality assurance programs, procedures, familiarity
with applicable regulations, techniques and standards. Under limited supervision,
carries out procedures to ensure that all systems products and services
meet minimum stated standards and end-user requirements. Thoroughly tests
programs to ensure proper operation and freedom from defects. Documents
all problems and works to resolve them. Reports progress on problem resolution
to supervisor. Devises improvements to current procedures and develops
models of possible future upgrades/improvements. Performs work flow analysis
and recommends quality improvements.

High school graduate plus 10 years experience (working knowledge) in Army
logistics, supply and maintenance. Must be knowledgeable in level of repair
analysis, failure prediction calculations, and logistics support of Army
systems. Experience in logistic support analysis (LSA) and other logistics
documents is required. These include maintenance allocation charts, long
lead-time items lists, tools and test equipment lists, provisioning parts
lists, support equipment lists, maintenance plans, test support plans,
and material fielding plans.

Expertise with reliability engineering associated with missile and aviation
weapon systems and the multi-discipline engineering technologies utilized
in same. Understanding of the various modes and mechanisms associated
with missile and aviation failures and the development of decision models
to predict these failures. Understanding of health monitoring technologies

Software Engineer
Serves as engineer using Microsoft Visual Basic (VB) and Visual Basic for Applications (VBA) and Access
for programming databases to detect variability in key performance and product acceptance data for supported systems.
Monitor failure trends using raw data from available sources to predict quality engineering issues through trend
analysis and pro-active implementation of corrective action. Performs data analysis to identify impact on system quality,
logistics, and operation and support cost drivers.
Qualifications
Knowledge of statistical methodologies combined with a background
in database programming. Develops and customizes specialized software statistical tools to fit individual customer requirements.

Administrative Support Specialist
Duties: Under general supervision, performs responsible, and company specific technical and administrative support duties
of a diverse nature requiring some independent analysis, exercise of judgment in task execution and detailed knowledge
of company procedures related to the work performed. Work may consist of maintaining company databases (data entry and retrieval),
records and files, gathering and interpreting data to construct reports, assistance with contracts preparation and proposals,
preparation of briefing charts, answering incoming calls and maintaining company calendar. Work may also include interfacing with
internal and external constituencies, disseminating information, and coordinating processes. Use discretion and judgment when
planning and organizing work is required.
Experience/Education:
Position requires high school diploma or GED and at least three years progressively responsible clerical and administrative
support experience. Applicant must have an in-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite applications and the ability to type
a specified number of words per minute.
